SMART @ GITEX 2011

Smart Technologies presented a number of new solutions for the business and education sectors at the show. Alongside its existing portfolio, Smart also showed its new 800 series interactive whiteboard, which encourages true student interaction through multi-user capabilities, and support for commonly used multi-touch gestures which are recognized in Microsoft Windows 7 and Mac Snow Leopard; SMART also demonstrated the successful incorporation of new mixed reality tools with interactive whiteboards, including the manipulation of 3D images, for the first time in the Middle East, at GITEX 2011.

SMART Classroom Suite Training conducted by iMark

The training covered the SMART Classroom Suite which includes Math Tools, SMART Sync, Response CE, and SMART Notebook Student Edition. Designed for computer-enabled classrooms, SMART Classroom Suite™ interactive learning software provides teachers with the essential tools to manage classrooms, assess students and encourage collaboration. SMART launches three new products for Middle East at iMark's Reseller Event

iMark and SMART Technologies: a welcome presence at the 1st Symposium for School Directors

iMark Distribution in cooperation with SMART Technologies recently conducted a demonstration of the SMART Interactive Whiteboard at the 1st Symposium for School Directors at Sheraton Creek in Dubai last 02 November 2010.

The symposium was attended by more than ninety school directors, principals and other officials from Sharjah, Dubai and Ajman; and was under the sponsorship of his Excellency Hamid Al-Qoutami the Minister of Education and Chairman of the Federal Court of Human Resources in the United Arab Emirates.
